Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cherry pie mix
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients and press into spring-form pan. In mixer, cream the cream cheese and sugar.
Add the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla.
Spoon into crust and bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Take out immediately.
Beat together sour cream and lemon juice.
Spread this on top of cheesecake and bake 5 minutes at 500\u00b0.
Take out immediately.
Chill overnight.
Spoon can of pie mix over cake and garnish with nuts.
