Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. Sugar Twin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. diet applesauce
1 c. pecans
1 c. chopped dates
Preparation

Cream butter until light.
Add egg, sugar and vanilla.
Beat. Add dry ingredients.
Add applesauce.
Beat on high speed. Blend in pecans and dates.
Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
