Rice With Pimento - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, boiled in 3 c. salted water
    2 well-beaten eggs, mixed with 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 small jar red pimentos, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put in a buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour covered and then 1/2 hour uncovered.
