Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
6 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Blend cream cheese and sugar.
Add eggs and flour, then sour cream and vanilla.
Pour into 10 x 3-inch spring-form pan.
Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0. Leave in oven for 1 hour with door open, then leave at room temperature 1/2 hour.
Refrigerate.
Top with cherry pie filling, if desired.
