Cheesy Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded medium aged Brick cheese
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sesame seed
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix flour, butter and cream cheese until well blended.
    Shape soft dough into a flat ball.
    Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate about 2 hours.
