Chicago Deep Dish Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 lb. lean sausage
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
    3 cans plum tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Grease a 14 x 2-inch pizza pan.
    On flour-dusted board, roll dough to a 16-inch circle.
    Press into bottom and 1 1/2 inches up the sides of pan.
    Sprinkle 3 cups cheese on crust.
    Crumble sausage over cheese.
