Backyard Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    4 c. cooked, quartered small red potatoes (unpeeled)
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    2/3 c. real mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Remove bacon from skillet; drain. Add onions; cook until tender.
    Add cooked potatoes, hard-cooked eggs and parsley.
    Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Add combined bacon, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
