Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped meat, cooked
    1 c. celery
    2 onions
    1 can Chinese noodles
    1 small can mushrooms (pieces)
    2 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Cook in frying pan, the celery and onions in water and liquid from mushrooms.
    Add the cooked meat (leftover roast is best), the mushrooms, and bouillon cubes.
    Simmer 15 minutes and serve over cooked rice.
    Add 1 can of noodles on top.
