Thelma'S Dinner Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. quick rise yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. honey
    2 sticks margarine
    all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine water and yeast in large bowl.
    Add salt, sugar, honey and one melted stick of margarine.
    Sift and stir in enough flour to make a very stiff dough.
    Let rise in a greased covered dish until double in bulk.
    Then work down on a well floured surface. Knead well and shape into buns.
    Place into 2 large bread pans, greased with margarine, and top buns with remaining margarine. Let rise again until double in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
