Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    seasoning
    butter
    chives
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes; drain.
    Beat cheese and sour cream to blend.
    Gradually add hot potatoes and beat until light and fluffy.
    Add seasoning.
    Spoon into buttered 2-quart casserole. Brush with butter and brown in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
