Crispy Corny Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut-up chicken (2 to 3 lb.)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. skim milk
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Remove skin and fat from chicken; season with paprika and pepper.
Dip in milk and roll in crumbs. Place in greased pan making sure pieces do not touch.
Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
