Tangy Yellow Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or few more yellow squash, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. thinly, sliced green onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Combine the squash, onion, green pepper and celery in a large mixing bowl; toss lightly.
    Combine wine vinegar, salt, pepper, salad oil, cider vinegar and garlic; stir well.
    Spoon over vegetables.
    Chill about 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Drain and serve.
    Makes 10 servings.
