Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. okra
1 1/2 c. corn
1 1/2 c. tomatoes
2 large onions, chopped
1/2 plus 2 Tbsp. rice, uncooked
1 Irish potato, diced
6 large bell peppers
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Wash, cut tops from peppers and remove seeds.
In large bowl mix ground beef, okra, corn, tomatoes, onion, rice, pepper and salt.
Mix well.
Stuff peppers.
Place in large pan, cover with foil.
Bake at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 2 hours or until well done.
Baste peppers several times with the broth that comes from peppers. Cover with tomato sauce or catsup 30 minutes before removing from oven.
