Freezer Bread And Butter Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cucumbers (unpeeled), thinly sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cucumbers, onions and salt.
    Let stand 2 or 3 hours. Drain and rinse well.
    Mix sugar and vinegar; pour over vegetables, stirring, until sugar is dissolved and syrup is thin. Divide into plastic containers, cover tightly and freeze.
    Pickles will be ready in 3 days.
