Good Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 c. apples
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    8 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Quarter and core apples; cook with peelings until done.
    Run through sieve.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Cook all for 30 minutes.
    Put in hot jars and seal.
    Makes 8 1/2 pints.
