Scallops In White Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. scallops
    1 tomato, chopped
    2 tsp. fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Wash scallops and pat dry.
    Heat oil in skillet and brown scallops at high heat for 1 minute.
    Add wine, tomatoes, basil and pepper.
    Lower heat and continue cooking until scallops are cooked through, but not tough and tomatoes are heated.
    Serve at once.
