Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    In an iron skillet, put grease 1/4-inch deep.
    When grease is hot, drop potato mixture by spoonfuls and pat down with spoon.
    Brown both sides.
    Take out and drain on paper towels.
