Confetti Waldorf Salad(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (2 large) carrots, grated
2 medium apples, diced
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. (3 medium) celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine fruit and nuts.
Blend wet ingredients and salt in measuring cup.
Pour the wet mixture onto the carrot mixture, tossing to mix well.
