Broccoli-Cheese Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears (about 4 c.)
1 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
4 eggs
2 tsp. minced onion flakes
1 envelope instant chicken flavored broth mix
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
dash of garlic powder

Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
Arrange broccoli in an 8-inch square baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
