Stuffed Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter plus 1 tsp. butter
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
24 chopped maraschino cherries
1 c. broken pecans
1 box angel food cake mix
Preparation

Bake angel food cake according to directions.
Let cool and slice cake into 2 sections with a top and bottom.
Set top aside. Pull out center of bottom half so that you have a \"boat\" to put the pudding mixture in.
