Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    2 eggs
    3 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Pour off salmon liquid.
    Combine all ingredients plus 3 tablespoons salad oil.
    Shape into loaf and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
