Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless is best)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or use 1/2 can mushrooms and 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. mayo
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in shallow casserole dish, 9 x 13 Pyrex. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Combine sour cream, mayo and wine. Mix ingredients well and pour over chicken breasts.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with white rice.
    The chicken and sauce over the rice is delicious.
    Serves 4.
