Iced Tea And Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. boiling water
    1 tea bag
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Place tea bag in boiling water and let remain for 6 minutes. Add 1/2 cup sugar and stir.
    Add juice and rind of 1 lemon. Remove rind after 7 or 8 minutes.
    Pour over ice cubes in tall glasses and garnish with mint.
