Blueberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box black cherry Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can blueberry pie filling
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 small pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add cold water.
Mix well.
Add pineapple, pie filling and pecans.
Mix well.
Congeal.
Blend cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla well.
Spread over congealed salad.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
