Pork Chops In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Brown chops in shortening.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Drain off excess fat and add onions.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in water and pour over chops.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add more water if necessary.
    Remove chops from broth.
    Combine sour cream and flour; stir slowly into broth.
    Serve gravy with onions; garnish with parsley.
