Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken or 6 halved chicken breasts
    2 c. white wine
    1 can chicken broth
    1 carrot, julienne cut
    1 stalk celery, julienne cut
    1 onion, sliced very thin
    1 leek, julienne cut
    pinch tarragon, salt, pepper
Preparation
    Cook ingredients in Dutch oven on top of stove for 1/2 hour.
