Ingredients

5 lb. deerburger
5 Tbsp. Tender Quick
2 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2/3 c. cold water
Preparation

Mix all together.
Knead well.
Shape into 5 rolls and wrap in wax paper.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Remove wax paper.
Bake on a slotted rack at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or at 200\u00b0 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
