Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

In 3-quart saucepan, bring to boil margarine, water and cocoa. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar and salt sifted together. Beat in eggs, sour cream and soda.
Mix well.
Pour into 2 greased jelly roll pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 22 to 25 minutes.
Make icing while cake is baking.
