Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    3 to 4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese in mixing bowl.
    Add sugar and blend in vanilla.
    Stir in eggs, one at a time.
    Pour in crust and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Mix sour cream with 2 tablespoon sugar.
    Spread on cake and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    You may use either crumb crust or pastry crust.
