Lentil Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. walnuts
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    2 c. cooked lentils
    1 egg, beaten
    dash of salt to taste
Preparation
    Blend cheese, walnuts and crumbs* in blender.
    Brown celery, onion and lentils in 1/4 cup soy oil.
    Add all ingredients together and place in greased loaf pan.
    Top with catsup if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
