Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves, crushed
Preparation

In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
Chill well.
In a small bowl blend together the last 3 ingredients.
Add this to coat all ingredients.
Chill.
Serve in an attractive serving dish, garnished with extra oranges if desired.
Serves 6.
