Country Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 2/3 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Cut in shortening until like coarse cornmeal.
Mix egg, water and vinegar together and pour into flour all at once.
Combine to form dough. Divide into four portions and roll out.
Makes four 9-inch crusts or two double-crusted pies.
