Bake Macaroni And Meat Sauce(Greek Style) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 can tomato paste (small)
3/4 c. water
3 beaten eggs
2 c. hot milk
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni; drain.
Saute onion, meat (salt and pepper to taste) until browned; add tomato paste and water; simmer until thick; add seasonings.
Put half of the macaroni in greased pan; pour meat mixture over; cover with rest of macaroni.
Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.
Make custard of eggs and milk and pour over top, sprinkling with remaining grated cheese.
Bake at 325 to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Can be served hot or cold.
