Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 (2 lb.) can peaches
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Drain canned peaches.
Put in cake pan.
Pour batter over fruit.
Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over batter.
Pour 1/2 cup of water over sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
