Party Sherbet Loaf(Makes 1 Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. raspberry sherbet
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1 pkg. ladyfingers (12 double)
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1/2 jar pecan ice cream topping, chopped and drained
    1 box quick-thaw frozen strawberries in syrup
Preparation
    Stir raspberry sherbet until smooth.
    Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Level top.
    Open ladyfingers.
    Place over sherbet in 2 rows, end to end, cut side down.
    Stir orange sherbet. Pour over ladyfingers.
    Level top.
    Freeze almost firm.
    Whip cream.
    Fold in 1 teaspoon pecan syrup and chopped pecans.
    Pour over orange sherbet.
    Smooth top.
    Freeze.
    Wrap well.
    Loaf will keep at least 2 weeks and perhaps longer.
