Peaches And Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant mix)
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    15 to 20 oz. can well-drained peaches
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. peach juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding, margarine, milk and egg for 2 minutes.
    Pour into a 9 or 10-inch greased pie plate.
    Arrange on top the peaches.
    In a small bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice.
    Spoon on top of the peaches to within 1-inch of the crust.
    Be careful not to get too close to edge of plate.
    Sprinkle the whole pie with a mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
