Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Peel, cube and boil potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
    Melt margarine.
    Blend in flour, salt and milk, gradually, a little at a time.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese.
    Remove from heat.
    Place potatoes in a greased casserole dish.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
