Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed stew beef, cut to bite size pieces
    2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 c. chopped or sliced onions
    1/4 c. butter
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 tsp. flour
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onions, mushrooms and beef in butter.
    Transfer to large pot.
    Add 1 cup boiling water and bouillon cubes.
    Add tomato paste and dry mustard.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    Add sour cream; simmer 5 minutes more.
    Add flour and water to thicken.
    Serve over noodles.
    Serve rolls as well.
