Good Puffy Fritters(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

any fruit or vegetables (such as 1 can corn, peaches, apples or mushrooms), drained
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 c. milk
Preparation
-
Sift
together flour, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs with milk.
Stir remaining ingredients into egg mixture. Beat until smooth
and well blended. Fold in desired vegetables or fruit. Drop by tablespoonfuls into deep oil at 375\u00b0. Fry until golden brown.
Remove
with
a
slotted spoon. Drain on paper towel.
