August Moon Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 large carrot, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1/4 lb. green beans, sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
4 c. cooked rice (about 2 c. raw)
1 1/2 c. cooked pork, beef, chicken or turkey
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 egg (optional)
Preparation

Slice all vegetables on the diagonal. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat oil and add vegetables; stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
Reduce heat and stir in rice.
Add meat and seasonings; mix until blended.
Add soy sauce and stir through.
