Microwave Stroganoff - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. beef loin top sirloin steaks (boneless)
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. beef broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. mushrooms
1 medium onion, sliced
1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Cut meat into thin strips; dredge in flour.
Combine steak, broth, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in 2 1/2-quart micro-proof casserole.
Push meat to center of casserole; set aside.
Wipe mushrooms with damp towel.
Cut into thick slices.
Arrange mushrooms and onion around meat.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on 80 for 7 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Stir in sour cream.
