Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 summer squash, sliced, ends cut off
1 onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. sugar
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook squash and onions with a little water until tender, about 10 minutes.
Pour into a colander to drain.
When well drained, mash squash and onions with margarine.
Add salt, pepper, egg, and sugar.
Mix well.
Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
