Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    In oven, bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    In microwave, bake on High for 20 minutes.
