Michael'S Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. quick cook oats
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. apples, peeled, pared and sliced
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. apple juice or water
Preparation

In bowl, combine sugars, flour, oats and spice.
Cut in margarine (or butter) until mix resembles coarse crumbs.
Butter a round micro-safe baking dish.
Place apples in dish; drizzle with apple juice (or water).
Sprinkle with topping.
Micro uncovered on High power, 14 to 16 minutes, turning once.
Do not put in refrigerator or cover because the topping will become soggy.
(In case it does get soggy, it's good that way, too!)
