Pressed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) hen, cooked
    1 (No. 2) can tiny peas
    6 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    1 1/2 c. chopped almonds
    5 Tbsp. India relish
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. broth
    1 pkg. gelatin, dissolved in hot broth
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients. Add mayonnaise and last the gelatin which has been dissolved in hot broth.
    Put into 3 round quart cartons. Chill in refrigerator.
    When thoroughly chilled, take out of cartons and slice.
    Will serve 30.
