Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. peeled tomatoes
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. white vinegar
Preparation
-
Boil until thick, approximately 3 hours.
Put into jars.
Seal. Yields 3 pints.
