Hamburger Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger, browned
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 c. celery
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can chicken-rice soup
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can Chinese noodles
    water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with chopped onion and green pepper.
    Cut celery on the slant and cook in water until crisp-tender.
    Save broth.
    Add hamburger mix to cooked rice, celery, mushroom soup and chicken-rice soup and soy sauce.
    Cook 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Top with Chinese noodles.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
    Serve with soy sauce.
