Lucy'S Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini squash, cut in bite-size pieces
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 diced clove garlic
    1 chopped medium onion
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of thyme
Preparation
    Parboil zucchini squash in salted water and drain.
    Mix all other ingredients.
    Carefully stir in drained squash.
    Pour into greased pan or dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
