Maple Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole acorn squash
    1 c. syrup
    1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
    8 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cut each squash in half lengthwise; remove all strings and seeds.
    Place halves in large baking pan filled with 1/2-inch water.
    Spoon 2 tablespoons syrup into each squash.
    Sprinkle with pinch of nutmeg.
    Cover and bake about 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven and place 1 tablespoon butter in each.
