Chicken Philippine Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut into pieces
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in mixture of other ingredients for about 30 minutes (or overnight).
    This can be done in skillet to be used for cooking.
    Heat on top of stove until it comes to a boil; cover and simmer for about 40 minutes or until almost all liquid is evaporated.
    Serve hot or cold.
